A. A ROM is a video game that can be played on your computer.  An emulator is the software that is need to run a ROM.  Emulators are usually made to emulate an entire game system, not just one ROM.

 

Q. Will you ever put Zelda ROMs (or any other ROMs) on your website

 

A. NO!  ROMs are illegal.  The only ROMs that are legal are the BS Zelda Rom that can be downloaded from this site and "homemade" ROMs.
